Works out of the box

Plug it in and it works. In my opinion, the auto channel feature is a little over-rated. Just set the channel manually.  Reminds me a lot of walkie talkies. So far, the range has been accurate to what is in the specs. These work great as a wireless bridge between lighting trusses and I love the fact that they can be setup either as a wireless DMX transmitter OR reciever.

Would I recommend this to a friend or family member? Yes
