Got for a gift for my son. Assembled easily. I had my own tools, it didn't come with any (some kind of hex/allen and about a 1/2" wrench). Might tighten up the folding/ locking center bar later so it can't be accidentally bumped closed. But it seems well made and was packed well. There was a little damage to the box in shipping but the contents were all good.

It has lots of great pockets for your iPhone and your iPad or laptop. Front pocket holds credit cards pens etc. Top lined hidden pocket for glasses, 2 side water bottle holders. Tough durable fabric. I am super happy not only with the backpack, but with the price and the shipping, price was great and shipping was speedy. I would highly recommend.
