Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase. Please
contact our Customer Service team
to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30-days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA, and items without one may be delayed or returned to the sender. As a courtesy to our customers VMInnovations provides free shipping for all orders. However, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the returnee and is not reimbursable by VMInnovations.
Refunds
Please note if you would like to return your item for a refund a 15% processing & restocking fee will apply. We will refund the value of merchandise, not the return shipping. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given. If your return has been opened or shows signs of wear we can’t offer refunds but we will offer to exchange the unit. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs; VMInnovations will ship the replacement product at no charge to buyer.
Defective/Damaged Items
At VMInnovations, we are committed to bringing you the best products at the lowest prices with the highest level of customer service possible. Most of the products we carry are covered by manufacturer’s warranties; we will work diligently to help resolve any issues that may arise with your product. Any goods that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced without any restocking fees.
If your item arrives damaged, don't worry! Our Customer Service team is here to help you. Please
contact us with your order number and we'll assist you with exchanging your damaged item.
Return Shipping

A few things to keep in mind when returning your purchase:
- Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect)
- All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender
