• I am extremely disappointed in the slide. After only a few days of use the ladder ripped away from the side ... the supposed strong seem did not hold. I have 3 girls ages 11,10,8 and weigh under the 165lb requirement. I'm hoping Innovations can help refund or replace the slide and am waiting for their response. Also, a hole occurred on the bottom blowup support which I fixed. My expectations after paying over $95 dollars for the product was for the slide to last at least 2 seasons.

Ok so the first one we had developed a hole in the ladder part. But we had no problem returning and the new one is great. The kids love it. We have it set up on a deck built around our above ground pool and it is great fun. Even the adults get in on the fun although the heavier you are the harder it is to climb. But great fun, really. And it seems very safe.

Afater reading previous owners' reviews, I felt I would still take a chance.  Slide had a leaking hole so we refill it with air every time we use it. quite frankly, by the time you pay to return it and repackage it, it's just not worth the effort.

Design is good but poor quality vinyl.

I was about to purchase this item and decided to read reviews first. I am so glad I did. It seems this item is of poor quality and that's a shame because more of these would be purchased if it would last longer than a week. I am not going to pay $80 for one weeks worth of sliding. I will look for a hard slide instead.

I purchased this slide for the grandkids. Used 3 wks & on the 4th of July the ladder hole ripped. No way to fix this! These were smaller kids(8 & under).Kids were so disappointed. Up under then they were having a blast! Sure hope that Academy will make it right!
