see my other review this one I had purchased as a back up an hasn't even been out of the box yet. The other saw has cut over 300 more trees this season.
This electric beast spits out wood shavings even when it's whole bar is buried in the pine! I didn't expect much more than a pruning saw but the longer I was cutting the braver I got until I had this saw buried in the wood and it just sliced it's way through with very little complaint. I refuse to buy Homelite gas powered equipment but this was electric and priced like a disposeable so I figured what the heck. If you know how to work a saw, you will be impressed with what you can get done with this little beast!
Last year I purchased 2 of these saws for the christmas tree season. Each saw cut over 500 trees for stands without any issues. Easy as pie with no gass fuss. Electrics have their own purposes but for me I couldn't ask for to much more out of a 40 dollar saw! I got one as a spare this year but who knows the same 2 orignional saws may make it through another 500+ trees. That works out to 8c a tree.
This is a great product for all smller projects around the house that needs to be trimmed, trees, cacti, bushes, and small plants. The product is great and the value can't be beat anywhere.
Thank you
It works for pinch jobs. Dont tackle nothing serious with it though. Bar and chain can be a little tricky to get right.Goes thru allot of bar oil. But Does what it needs to do.
