Easy Assembly and it cranked on 3rd pull. Comes with new chain and bar and cuts through wood like a hot knife through butter. Extremely pleased so far.

I wore my old Poulon out. Replacement parts were about the cost of this refurbished one. I am happy with the quality and performance of this unit. Just wish it would fit my old case.

The chain saw was as good or better than I expected( looks new really). I put it togther and used it, it run good, started right out of the box after I put fuel mixture and oil in saw ( followed instructions per booklet). As for me I'm truly satisfied. Couldn't have found it better for twice the money I don't think. It took me a while to trust ordering it on line from a company I'd never heard of.But I come out very good.

i,m always a bit leary to buy sight unseen,but this chainsaw is a bargin!!it starts well and has a lot of guts!!i would tell anyone you will NOT go wrong buying one. it works!!!

Everything I thought it would be...........a powerhouse on small limbs and brush.

The saw arrived very quickly and exactly as advertised.  Added the gas mix and went right into attack mode on my unnecessary trees.  This thing has some serious power and the chain works like a hot knife through butter.  After a couple of days use, it did have an idleing issue.  I made a few adjustments and it is now purring like a kitten and chewing up wood like a hungry beaver.  Do not worry about buying a refurb product from VMInnovations, they are a great company (I also bought a power washer from them that is amazing as well!) and stand behind the products they sell.

Great value.  Better than I expected.  No issues with the chain tension.  Starts on the 2nd or 3rd pull.

I use this around my 'mini-farm' to clear small trees and brush. Very nice for triming evergreens, and cutting back fruit trees.

When we had some trees down from a storm, this little beauty made quick work of the 6 to 8 inch branches. If you follow the starting directions EXACTLY you should have no trouble firing up this puppy.

My biggest problem was with the toolless chain tensioner. It likes to loosen up - which it shouldn't do! Ruined the chain that came with it and scarred up the case abit - then I learned to keep a steady eye on the chain while cutting. And check the tension often. I'll be correcting this engineering flaw with a homemade mechanical tensioner over the winter.
