PP4620AVX Poulan Pro 20-Inch 46cc Gas Chainsaw (Refurbished)

Use to cut trees.  It cut through the trees without any problems.  Easy to put bar and chain on. Starts easy.  The only complain I have is that the first one had to be returned because of a broken part and I had to pay for the shipment back.  The replacement came quickly and no problems.  Customer service was helpful.Michi

WORST CHAINSAW I HAVE EVER OWNED.ONCE CHAIN BECOMES LOOSE,ONE HAS TO RELEASE A PLASTIC SCREW UNIT ON THE RIGHT SIDE THAT HOLDS HANDLE TOGETHER,THEN TRY TO TIGHTEN WITH PLASTIC ADJUSTABLE UNDER PLASTIC UNIT,THEN AFTER CHAIN GETS TIGHTEN AND PLASTIC SCREW DEVICE TIGHTENS UP.THEN PRAY THAT IT DOESN'T COME LOOSE AGAIN,BUT IT WILL AND THEN THE CHAIN COMES FREE WHILE OPERATING AT HIGH SPEED.BETTER WEAR HAND AND ARM PROTECTION OR LOSE A BODY PART OR GET INJURED.WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS CHAINSAW AND HAD IT PLACED TO BE SOLD ON RACKS IS A SICK INDIVIDUAL.

I AGREE WITH THE "GARBAGE" REVIEW, USED IT TWICE, HAD ISSUES THROWING THE CHAIN BOTH TIMES, NEW ONES HAVE A REDESIGNED CHAIN TENSION KNOB.  RETURNING IT AND UPGRADING TO A HUSQVARNA BASED ON THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE RETURN. LESS LEARNED, "GOOD THINGS AREN'T CHEAP, CHEAP THINGS AREN'T GOOD" !

This saw is scary. Make sure your health insurance is paid up if you plan on using this thing. Pay the extra money and get the husky 455 rancher,its a great saw. (0 stars was not an option )

opened box got saw out,put togather(easy) put in oil gas pulled start cord six pulls started ran good cut wood just as well

I bought this saw a year ago, haven't really had any issues with it. I have cut about 6 cord of fire wood with it. Fell a few small fir trees, and cleared some brush. The chain tensioner is the one  major con I can find on it. Just not a fan of the plastic wheel tensioner. It will throw the chain if you don't get it tight. It does start everytime, and will run all day if necessary. I have run about 20 tanks of fuel in it, no problems. Its not an exspensive saw, so no bells or whistles. Just  cuts wood.

The saw arrived in  timely manner. It was very easy  to setup. Started after 5th  pull after adding gas and chain  oil. What I like about it  is the 20"  bar with adequate power. It is a very good value for the  money. I would recommend it to  the homeowners.
