I use this system mainly for gaming and movies and it sounds great. Lots of different ways to plug in through USB, Aux. and SD cards. The only thing I would like to see is longer wires for the two surround speakers but that is minor.
i bought this set up for my desktop for gaming and music .. cant beat the sound for 70 bucks .. hooked it up all works fine as of day 1 .. time shall tell though as i torture test this thing with skrillex
This is a nice and compact unit.Hooks up easily to most sources. It looks great and sounds great too.At first I had it simply running off the headphone jack from my phone.Sounded good right out the box.It comes with a headphone to rca cord for the easy hookup to most any audio source. This also has separate rca inputs for Dolby 5.1 on the rear.
The remote works great and controls everything. Input, 2.1, 5.1, aux., dvd etc..turns the sub & down..individual volume for each channel, sleep timer.
On the front side, there are the ports for the usb/sd card. The neat thing is if your iPod is hooked up to the usb, the remote can control the ipod.Neat.
I think we may use this in my sons room for now so he can listen to his iPod and hook it up to his 32" tv for movies.
