As most teens do I got my first crappy set of subs and cheap and thought i really had something until I decided to upgrade. My first real amp was an AP15001D pretty much the same audiopiipe as this one just a little bigger in heatsink size. To any teen or adult on a tight budget but still have that craving for bass this is the perfect amp for you. On typically everyday electrical it will do within 1-200 of rated but give it 14v+ (<15.3) you will get rated and a little whip cream on top. these run best in 1 ohm setups. make sure you know how your subs have to be wired before grabbing one or match your sub purchase to this amps full potential. i wouldnt recommend running below .5 ohms unless you have significant rise in your setup.
After reading piles of info on these amps I finally bit the bullet and bought two of these. I had heard many mixed reviews on these amplifiers. It seems for most people there is no middle ground. They are either great amps or they are the biggest turd ever produced. Well I have been in the game for a long time and have used many amplifiers from the top names to the flea market junk and after using these little amps I can't really find a negative thing to say about them. They are small and run a little bit warmer than most class d's because of this but nothing that cannot be overcome with the use of an external fan. The power terminals and speaker terminals are easy to use and hold the wire securely. The gain, crossover controls, adjustments, etc are all clearly labeled and turn with little effort. They actually include a fuseholder with the amp......not many companies do this. Included bass knob as well. The amp sounds good to the ear(i've heard many "quality" class d amps that sounded like hell compared to these) . I've seen lots of people saying that the build quality on these is not up to par and these amps are junk........Please do your research before you make an ignorant statement like this. There are many "higher end" companies using the exact same design and most likely the same buildhouse as these amps but nobody dares call those junk because they paid three times as much for them. Cann you find a better built/quakity amp? Sure you can but can you do it at this price.......probably not. One of the best amps for the money ever
In the high end car audio of sundown, Dc, AQ, DD, Cascade designs , and much more we call audiopipe square power. They do rated power and are really efficient compaired to their predecessors. And seriously their is nothing mainstream about these amps they dont use pimpo ratings and i am unsure if they are cea complient but i was quite impressed with this amp due to its little size. I have ran many of amps mainstream and some high end like the sundown saz4500 and to this day this one was honestly the best bang for the buck.
best bang for the buck amp on the market at this time, I currently have 8 and have not had a problem with any of them. I recomend them to friends as well. Audiopipe has really raised the bar on this one. Stable at 1ohm and .5 but I would only suggest .5 for burps.
Hi everyone. For my review of this product I'd like to post what I wrote on a forum comparing it to another amp. Here it is....
great amp! does exactly what it's supposed too, and will not dissappoint anyone.
Cannot beat the price per watt that you get with this amp. This thing does it's job well and at this price is hard if not impossible to beat.

We installed 3 of these amplifiers in my friend's Chevy Chevette, on 4 SA15s in a wall, and it go extremely loud and these amps are to thank. They do quality rated power for next to nothing on the price end. I would love to install some of these in my project car here shortly.
I have had 2 of these cook out on me the first was just a complete failure from the factory and the second one lasted about 3 months on proper power and went up in smoke they are great amps I just believe they are not the best amps for daily use I recommend anyone who gets this amp also have a battery in the trunk because this little amp draws alot of power and doesnt like it when it dips lower than a 12V my buddy found that out with his. Mine never saw bellow a 12.4V at full tilt.
Great amp doesnt accept all of my 4 gauge knu wire so idk if it accepts 2 gauge, only have it wired at 4 ohms rite now but it slams! very little amp, also in manual it says it does 600 wats at 4 ohms unlike online where it says only 500
Very affordable, looks good, compact size, and it does clean rated power. What more could you ask for?
Great little amp. Really puts out the wattage. One channel amps are really easy to use. This one is a great buy for the price. Dont expect it to blow some 15's but it does have a kick.
This may seem too good to be true. How can an amplifier of not only this price, but size produce 1,500 watts RMS? It seems way too good to be true. You are probably thinking like me, "another overrated amplifier". This is worth $200 easily. Videos on YT and my own testing indicate not only near or at the rated wattage, but it is clean!
This thing has a small footprint, it actually surprised me as to how small it was. The mounting fins elevate the amplifier for some airflow, and the built in fan keeps the innards cool. Running this at full load, this thing barely got warm. It has yet to go into protect mode, which with the way i installed it is really something.
Go on YouTube and look for clamping videos-- they do exist. This amp is well worth every cent i paid for it. This throws serious power without serious cash
Included you get a 100amp fuse.
I have ran this thing on a BTL 18 @ .7 ohms clammped 1530 watts!
Great design and clean power. Clamps at just over rated power and does it without clipping. Barely gets warm wired to 2 ohms and current draw is a decent amount less when compared to other amps outputting the same power. Very solid amp and an incredible price for the amount of clean power it provides.
For the money you are not going to find a stronger amp. It does rated power. Not like some of their competitors. Amp doesn't heat up when worked. It is very efficient. Clean looks and small footprint make it ideal for any install.
If you are thinking that you have never heard of Audiopipe, they have been in the business for a long time. This is a real winner for them as well. Every company once and a while makes a product that is hard to beat.....well this is it.
Don't hesistate....buy it now.
I used to own the previous version 1500 and it worked great. They actually put out good power and the price is crazy cheap.Ordered this mini with my caco coupon code and got it for around 112 shipped :) Its small and gets the job done.I liked that it fit under my back seat. I ran it daily at 1ohm for a couple months and never had a problem.I highly recommend this and any other ap amp to somebody that doesnt have the cash for a higher end amp but needs true 1k-1.5k watts. Cant beat the price and its really not a bad little amp imo.
Works great. I run 2x1500w (750 rms) Kicker L7 Solo Barics and it runs them smoothly with no distortion. It doesn't get hot at all, even in hot weather. I've yet to have it shut off on me with hours of use. The only slight downside is the lack of a built-in fuse, but I just used the provided 100 amp fuse.
Its has been a month since I had it and it still working great. Only thing I didn't like is that it was not shipped with a outter shipping/packing box everyone knows what it is.
This is a bad lil amp! Not only does it have a small footprint, it really puts out its rated power. And at this price, you definitely shouldn't hesitate to buy.
This amp is awesome! It does the power it promises, and does it clean. For $125 you cant get 1500 RMS anywhere else!
This little amplifier packs a little punch. I was skeptical at first but after having used one in my trunk for a month, I think it easily qualifies as one of the smaller, budget friendly amplifiers on the market. To top it all off, there have been clamp tests proving this little amp to do rated power. I would definitely recommend this item to friends and family.
I bought this amp a while back to see what the hype was about on the forums. Turns out this is a nice little amp that puts out good power for an inexpensive price. I would recommend these amps to anyone on a budget looking for good power to price ratio.
ive been installing a few of these recently and i can say they have been quite impressive. for the money it has to be the best bang for your buck amp avalible. the small foot print allows it to be mounted in quite alot of places. last one i clamps was about 20w under the rating which is expected since car electrical systems will not hold a constant 14.4 and will fluctuate. overall it's a great product and i will likely buy one for myself here shortly
This amp is a lil workhorse......when u think of AudioPipe you dont think of overbuilt, high quality...but this one will change ur mind.
Puts out plenty power and just keeps coming back for more....def. worth the price for anyone looking for a little budget bump

great amp for the price. these may be a cheaper amp but they are well built. a lot of people are getting great results from these and they are doing very close to rated power. some have tested it even at .5 ohms and testing these out to the limits and they held up. i would recommend this amp to someone with a tight budget but wants some good power with a good built amp. audiopipe is making a good name for thereself with there amplifiers.
I've been running one of these in my truck on 4 8's at .5 ohms (below nominal rating), and this thing still held on for quite a long time before it finally got too hot. I bought a second one for a more stable load, and once my electrical is upgraded, these things are going to rock for sure! For under $250 for 3KW, you can't beat them! Rag on Audiopipe all you want, but you run them how you're supposed to, and they will exceed your expectations. I'll be on two 1500's and three 2125's (2 mid 1 high) for my pickup. If you're on a tight budget, these fit the bill absolutely perfect.
