The Cobra CXT425 has a rugged design with extended range capability of up to 25 miles. The pack also includes rechargeable NiMH batteries and a mini two-port desktop charger. Be prepared for storms and emergencies with built-in NOAA radio receiver. Voice-activated transmission frees hands for other tasks. A total of 2662 channel combinations are available when the 22 channels are combined with the 142 privacy codes (38 CTCSS/104 DCS). You can save as many as 10 channels in the memory and then scan as many as you would like!

The Cobra CXT425 MicroTalk 25-Mile Radios even possess voice activated transmission capabilities, allowing for hands free communication. It is the perfect radio for travel, as the belt clip fits comfortably and efficiently at your side. The LCD display is easy to see and provides a quick glance of the radio's status, and the Speaker/Microphone/Charger Jack allows you to plug in either a wall charger or headphones.

This product also includes the Cobra GA-EBM2 headset, that uses an earbud that fits in your ear, and a small microphone that clips on your shirt.
