To good to be true..

my new green saw has blowen up twice now, have 2 trees hit by lighting this spring.. both of them nice and even right in half down the center.. got new saw,started second pull cut 4 about 1 hour,it would set and idle nice and ran real well 4 the $$$ its GREAT...THANKS I'll be back.

This Huskvarna 240 chain saw is an overall good product. It seems to be well built and strudy. I purchased a refurbished unit and unfortunately the oiler does not work and I can not use the saw. I have taken it to a Huskvarna Service Center and it has been there a week and a half so far. Disappointed that even though it has a 90 day warranty, something as important as a oiler on a chain saw should not be faulty on a new or refurbished saw. I have now used up over two weeks of my new saw in the shop. Not exactly how I planned my fall tree cutting. I am now way behind and sorry I purchased this refurbished saw. Live and learn. I just hope I get it back before the 90 day warranty is up.

to start with, it took me an hour to attach the bar and chain. need to send instructions nd be sure to list what position the chain lock should be in when putting together. other than that it works great and will do all that i need it to.

Had to take it to have it repaired as soon as I got it. Someone needs to pay closer attention when they package this item for shipping ! I really like it now that it is repaired.But this has left me a bad feeling about your company sending out damaged good

Have never bought refurbished item. Was greatly surprised to see my saw was basically brand new. Followed instructions for starting and she cranked right up and purred. I had two Poulans that just crapped out on me. You can't beat the price!!! This is my 2nd Husky and I love both of them.

Should of stuck with the brand I had before. This saw while sturdy, is hard to start. To many things to remember to do before starting. Instructions were small and hard to read and did not explain aboiut resetting the spring in order to put the case back on after putting the chain on. Found that out via Youtube.com It is also a bit akward to hold.
