If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 60 days if your warranty permits. Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 60-days of your purchase. To speed up the process and help you out faster, all returns require an RMA. Items without an RMA may be delayed or returned to the sender.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply send your product back for a full refund within 60 days. To mail the product back to us simply request a pre-paid return shipping label. We will gladly email you a pre-paid label within 30 days of your purchase date. NOTE: Returns of items that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Except for refurbished goods, if your return has been opened or is in unsellable condition we can’t offer refunds but we will offer to exchange the unit.

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed.
