Return Policy

If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 60 days if your warranty permits. Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 60-days of your purchase. To speed up the process and help you out faster, all returns require an RMA. Items without an RMA may be delayed or returned to the sender.

Refunds

We guarantee your complete satisfaction; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply send your product back for a full refund within 60 days. To mail the product back to us simply request a pre-paid return shipping label. We will gladly email you a pre-paid label within 30 days of your purchase date. If, after 60 days, you are still not satisified with your purchase, you will be responsible for shipping to and from our warehouse. NOTE: Returns of items that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Except for refurbished goods, if your return has been opened or is in unsellable condition we can’t offer refunds but we will offer to exchange the unit.

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process via email. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-639-9320.

Last but not least, there is NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any returned goods.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

At VMInnovations, we are committed to bringing you the best products at the lowest prices with the highest level of customer service possible. Most of the products we carry are covered by manufacturer’s warranties; we will work diligently to help resolve any issues that may arise with your product. Any goods that are found to be defective, damaged or incorrect will be replaced without any restocking or shipping fees.

If your item arrives damaged, don't worry! Our Customer Service team is here to help you. Please contact us with your order number and we'll assist you with exchanging your damaged item at no additional cost.

A few things to keep in mind when returning your purchase:

  • Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc).
  • To help you quicker, all returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender.
